.Our Marriage License Appointment is a simple and efficient way for couples to legally formalize their union. During this brief meeting, typically lasting around five minutes, we will meet in a comfortable setting to ask a few essential questions and finalize the necessary paperwork to legalize your marriage. This straightforward process ensures that your marriage license is prepared accurately and expediently, allowing you to focus on the joy of your upcoming celebration, or simply for legal purposes.

Civil Briefing License Signing includes;

Personal Meeting: A brief, private meeting will be arranged after the couple secures their license from the county clerk's office, or online. They must bring the license to the meeting for official signing and completion.
Legal Documentation: Completion, signing, and filing of the marriage license.
Official Questions: A few essential questions regarding the couple's details and intentions.
Verification: Review of identification and necessary documents.
Witness Requirement: Wisconsin requires two witnesses for a marriage, and the marriage license includes two lines for the witnesses' signatures. These witnesses must be present at the briefing with you.
